This PR fixes some of the transaction retrieval bugs, introduced during the recent off-chain protocol refactoring:

Fixed transaction version not being returned by the wallet endpoints.
Fixed transaction's blockchain data being empty for on-chain transactions, when returned by the wallet endpoints.
Fixed total balance calculation.
