I think that your license headers in the stdint.h and inttypes.h files may
not say what you want them to say.

Specifically, they currently say:

//   3. The name of the author may be used to endorse or promote products
//      derived from this software without specific prior written permission.

Perhaps you meant to say "may not be used" instead of "may be used" ?  Or
just use an updated version of the BSD license.
