cm-13.0: RIL related issues #11

Using mobile data for long time cause random RIL crashes and hard reboot SIM 1 crashes after reboot. Workaround: Enable then disable airplane mode

  1. Can't sent SMS with dual-SIM configuration (choose SIM card to send SMS)

Re-syncing source solved this problem
