Bizhawk Fatal Exption when Movie recording exceeds 4.5 hours (PS1 in this case) #449

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Record a PS1 movie with a length that exceeds 4.5 hours
2. Save state and at some random point a fatal exception will occur
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected to complete a movie with no issues.

This error might take some research.  It has happened with 3 ps1 games so far 
that have exceeded 4.5 hours.

Currently I am playing through Star Fighter and have reached a point where 
savestating will now crash the emu.  This happened with Discworld 2 and 
discworld noir as well both of which exceeded 4.5 hour movie length.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 8.1 64bit. SVN9373

Do not test with Higher version than 9419 as the 9420 mednafen psx core update 
will desync the movie.

Please provide any additional information below.

I have attached a savestate for the game Star Fighter that I am currently 
playing. (Redump.org Bin/que).  It is saved before starting the next mission.  
You can record a new movie and load this state to continue the game.

During the mission, abuse savestate while trying to beat the level and at some 
point the emulation will crash.  A screenshot of the exception has been 
attached.

As mentioned above, the only pattern I see with this error is when my movies 
have exceeded 4.5 hours.
