Added imageS3ObjectKey to profile
Added function getSignedUrlPromises to s3 lib so we can promise stream to clients
Added caching to s3 lib
Resources with profile pic requirements fetch the image url from the owners profile
Rest of the functionality implemented for users uploading photos
