Add filters for exercise in the Exercise Log

Filters for each unique exercise for the user's exercise log should be added similar to what currently exists on the Widgets page.

@Ackpace Sure thing! Feel free to message in the discord server if you want to discuss implementation details or getting a dev environment setup. For now here are some notes:

• No need to handle any filtering server side as we don't even have pagination implemented, won't be worth it
• Here is the client side implementation for the Widgets filter chips which this should follow
  • Filtering the data based on filter variables
  • Chips which update the filter vars
  • This implementation is pretty manual and is only viable for a small amount of filters. A different strategy will need to be implemented for a large or dynamic amount of filters.
• I think it makes sense for now to create a filter chip for each exercise that exists in the current log for the user. I've wanted to use something like this for a while now and think it will be useful!
