Flowplayer playlist RTMP clips not working #204

If RTMP clips configured in a flowplayer playlist e.g. playlist [] config, they 
are not working.

Fixed in 0.5.0 RC2 - the reason was that the OAS was not recognising them as 
original clips, and configuring 
them as per the ad streams. This meant that the netConnectionURL was not being 
set correctly.

It only impacted RTMP streams that were not fully qualified in the url.
