feat: layout color picker

This merges to #75, that one needs to be merged first!

This PR adds the color picker dropdown. Implements the color change with the luminance library. The functionality is complete, but there are details with the components that are not 100% faithful to the original design. These will be addressed later (see the list below), once the details are clearer and the components are updated.

Issues to be done later:

• [ ] Light mode button does not stay pressed
• [ ] RGB color input validation
• [ ] Store the theme and load at start
