[TESTING] Create a testing setup (with docker-compose) #219

This setup should start 4 minecraft servers:

BungeeCord server
Velocity server
2 lobby servers

The BungeeCord server should put its data in docker-compose/bungeecord/data and the Velocity one should put its data in docker-compose/bungeecord/data.

When starting these servers up, it should use the BuX jar from the target folder preferably.
