When I read

B | Filter artefacts (INDEL, read start/end, and splice site) of read arrest positions. Default: 6:0.5:1 (B:distance:min_ratio:min_count) D | Filter artefacts (INDEL, read start/end, and splice site) of read arrest positions. Default: 6:0.5:1 (D:distance:min_ratio:min_count) I have no clue what the difference is Please explain
