Hi @Mitschka

please provide some elementary documentation for the user outside of the code

Hi @Mitschka

I urgently need a documentation about the four comma-separated columns (bases11 bases21) in the output. thanks

qwang-big commented 5 years ago

Hi @Mitschka

After digging the code a little bit, the four-column numbers represent A,C,G,T, right?

tjakobi commented 5 years ago

Just to quickly confirm this, yes, it's the 4 bases and the order is A,C,G,T.

piechottam commented 5 years ago

Yes, (A, C, G, T)

The output format is identical to JACUSA1.x https://github.com/dieterich-lab/JACUSA/blob/master/manual/manual.pdf
