GT field of the VCF output #72

Hi! May I know how to interpret the results in the GT field of the vcf output?

chr1 629779 . A G,T . PASS . GT:BC:DP 1/2/0:3110,0,3,1:3114 chr1 629780 . A G . PASS . GT:BC:DP 1/0:3204,0,1,0:3205 chr1 629782 . T C,A . PASS . GT:BC:DP 1/0/2:3,1,0,3283:3287 chr1 629783 . A G,T . PASS . GT:BC:DP 1/2/0:3288,0,1,1:3290 chr1 629786 . C G,T,A . PASS . GT:BC:DP 0/1/2/3:1,3110,2,1:3114

As the records are not conforming to the VCF standard (0/1, 0/0, 1/1)?
