Provide a sample data set #25

We need a sample data set. This will help to

A) provide a solid foundation for unit tests
B) provide a well documented user manual

Turns out that after uploading the files to the NCBI all samples have been pooled into two samples, RNaseR- and RNaseR+.

I will contact the NCBI helpdesk and try to have the samples separated again so people actually can work with the different time points.

I've uploaded all missing data files. The SRA staff was really helpful and switched the "broken" experiments to "suppressed". The new entries should appear in the next hours. Link to the bioproject page:
