Manual "primer module" missing #47

First of all, thank you for making these scripts available. This is not really an issue, is more a request. The full documentation for the primer module is missing. Could you solve this? Thank you Cheers.

Hi @giuseppebenvenuto , thank you for your interest in our package. For the current state, this documentation page might be helpful. However, the primer design part is subject to changes in the near future and the documentation will be completed once we finish with the code.
