Error using R version 3.6 #76

When installing circtools on MacOSX, I get an error due to having a later version of R

Command used: pip3 install circtools --user Error message: Error in eval(quote({ : With R version 3.6 or greater, install Bioconductor packages using BiocManager; see https://bioconductor.statistik.tu-dortmund.de/install

-Mac OSX 10.11.6 -R 3.6
