Unnecessary tmp argument causes pipeline to crash

The main pipeline sends the --tmp option to predict-translated-orfs. However, this has been removed and causes an error:

predict-translated-orfs: error: unrecognized arguments: --tmp /scratch/bmalone/c-elegans-rep-1_test_rpbp

Does this affect the master branch ?

The latest version of the master branch (1.1.5) includes a fix for this. It was fixed in commit 11064ac3a6ceb19e943f73c6e935a9417571e644.
