Create report table for ORF types #70

Could you generate a summary table of the number of ORF types (grouped categories) for me as well.

This is probably most helpful as an excel file. It could include "grouped" and "ungrouped" worksheets.

This report should also be documented in docs/analysis-scripts.md.

I will add information to the docs where necessary. I have written this notebook into a small script/function, so may also add this to analysis, thus will close this issue.
