Add reference to install-bio-programs gist #75

I created a gist here which downloads and installs the required bio programs for rpbp. The installation instructions currently includes links to the programs, but a pointer to the gist could also be helpful.

I'm not sure what is meant, but there is already a link to this gist under installation instructions, so will close this issue.
