Quantitative ORF visualization #79

So far, we get BED12 files to import ORF structures into the genome browsers. As a follow-up to Norbert's talk, it would be great to get additional genome browser tracks such as

  1. Coverage profile of RNA-seq data (bedgraph https://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenpath/help/bedgraph.html -> bigWig)

  2. Coverage profile of RiboSeq data (all & periodic)

  3. P-site profile
