[BuildCraft] Error creating pipe type 0 (class=null) #157

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Placing teleport pipes.
2.Waiting for 2 weeks.
3.Starting your server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No lag, a normal start up log. The exact opposite, including multiple crashes.

What version are you using?
32.2
