Pipe will not spawn after crafting on Server

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Crafting the pipe on a crafting bench on server.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The pipe to be crafted and able to be moved into my inventory. Instead the item 
was crafted and could not be moved from the crafting window. (when i tried to 
spawn them with TooManyItems It said their was no item with that id.)

What version are you using?
v29

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all 
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today, 
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt 
to fix all known bugs this week.
