Missing Item Sprites / Texture Glitches #92

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installation of IC2 (latest), BC 2.2.4, all dependencies, Additional Pipes
rev29, and Optifine (latest)
2. Play as normal.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When loading world, textures may be mixed up with textures from Additional
Pipes, but can be fixed by changing video settings to forcefully reload
rendering of blocks in the world. No fix found for missing item sprites for all
Additional Pipes, but when placed pipes are displayed correctly. Not being able
to see the items is proving to be the major problem, as I don't know where the
dropped pipes are after destroying them or accidentally dropping them. They can
still be picked up though as long as you pass by where they actually are.

What version are you using?
Minecraft 1.8.1, IC2 (latest as of this post), BC 2.2.4, Additional Pipes
rev29, Optifine (latest as of this post).

I'll post some images later to show what I'm experiencing.

Oh, forgot to add that the Optifine version I'm using has multi-threading. The
different version may have something to do with it, or maybe not. All I know is
that only Additional Pipes seems to be having this problem, all other mods I'm
using work just fine.

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today,
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt
to fix all known bugs this week.
