This PR presents the component structure for diffCheck, as discussed during the 3/5/2024 meeting.

@eleniv3d , @9and3 , @mariklad I synthesized the component structure as discussed during today's meeting. I might have missed or misunderstood something so please request changes if needed !

Hello @DamienGilliard ! Thanks for the resumé. I de-doubled some components and add the assigned names to the components. For better project management we could use github project since there are few components, I'll make it if I have some spare time this week. Thanks again @DamienGilliard !
