Steam freezing #31

Steam and VRChat appear to freeze when VRChat and GTA V are running at the same time. This is entirely graphical, the windows are still responsive to input and produce audio

This occurred while playing once human and switching windows Steam and once human both froze

Have not experienced this issue in a long time, likely patched upstream
