Unable to access goomph-p2-bootstrap zip file from repo.diffplug.com #186

We have a new developer who's trying to set up our project and he's getting a java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out error. I checked from where we should be getting the bootstrap file and we should be getting it from https://repo.diffplug.com/misc/goomph-p2-bootstrap/goomph-p2-bootstrap-4.7.2.zip. When I go to this URL using a web browser, I get a 404 error.

Plugin coordinates: com.diffplug.gradle:goomph:3.33.1

It appears to be working today.
