remove Structure from User manuals section and move it to Diffpy-CMI page

documentation.rst should be split between Products, Python Packages, and C++ libraries sections. Merge in the contents from the CMI page. Add links to user manuals and GitHub repos.

Check links to old content whether they are still relevant and useful. For example, "examples" link for the diffpy.Structure can be removed as those are a bit obscure examples.

Documentation page removed. The links to manual pages and APIs will now reside on the Product pages.
