@sbillinge, this PR should be ready for merge and contains the new static files that are the sources for the pages presented on diffpy.org, now (here) containing the pdfgetx3 v2.2.1 release, as well as the contents of the release (i.e., *.rst files for the pages and the *.zip, *.tar.gz, etc.).
