We shall keep the srrietveld directory as it holds SrRietveld documentation.

_static/bugreport needs to be fixed to use form processing script on slapper instead of diffpy.org.

PDFgui bugreport feature would not work otherwise.

Added form processing script on slapper. bugreport forms for pdfgui and srrietveld now post via slapper script. Switching diffpy.org to this page will preserve the built-in bug-report functionality.
