imsdroid low volume issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.on starting the video call on imsdroid, the sound is very low.
2.Even the speaker sound is low
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The sound should be clear and loud instead its very low

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC Desire S /Android2.3
