With the transition to a new sizing scale in #1583 we can still offer fluid scaling on typography as an optional set for those that want this.
This would entail updates to our token builder to provided a separate fluid.css file based on the fluid set in design-tokens, that override typography css variables generated in the defaul tokens.css.
