Theme-builder: Color-modal wont reopen after closing #2117

Description of the bug

Modal in theme-builder wont reopen until other modal has been opened Tested in Edge on Mac (and reprodused by @Febakke in other browsers)

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to the theme builder
  2. click color to open modal
  3. close modal
  4. click same color and observe no modal opening (bug)
  5. open other color modal
  6. close other modal
  7. reopen first color modal and observe it now opens (
