Clear extempore process of previously defined code #229

This is a feature request as discussed with @benswift.

It would be helpful to be able to:

  1. Clear the extempore process of any previously defined xtlang functions, types etc
  2. Kill any currently running functions
  3. Clear any callbacks that are scheduled

Essentially it would return the extempore process to the state it was in at startup.

Being able to destroy a specific xtlang function would be really nice for when you want to add an argument to an existing function or change the return type
