The project should (proudly) show the world that it fulfils the REUSE specification, i.e. all files are licensed. It gives the re-user an extra comfort knowing that we thought about licenses.
Add a REUSE badge , for example, we added one in the template project. https://github.com/diggsweden/open-source-project-template
