Add Dutch to localisation #38

I've taken the translation of 'meeting' from Jitsi.

I am contributing on behalf of the Staat der Nederlanden (State of the Netherlands) and it is contributed to the project without . I hereby sign of on that. I don't know how to add the sign-off in GitHub web interface.

We encourage adding new languages so this is great. One thing to add is that we try to maintain a contribution process that basically is as follows:

  1. Create issue
  2. (Discuss issue)
  3. Create fork
  4. Create PR

I created the issue #39 for this PR, but it would be great if you followed the steps above for future contributions.
