  1. Changed the way the quickstart dataset is retrieved in the 00 notebook
  2. Used the tl.list_example_datset fucniton
  3. changed the dataset form being hardcoded in the file to being retreived with tl.download_example_dataset

Aditonal changes:

Tweaked the explenation markdown to make it sound slightly better in my opinion
