Explore the API for wehewehe.org Hawaiian dictionary and place.

Ask Noe to introduce us to Kuleana kope/wehewehe people to see if they are interested in making a RESTful API for the dictionary, etc.

update: dead end on DIY route, I will contact them and see if they are interested in working with us on a solution. @damg70 describes the prob in #99 thus:

remotely accessing wehewehe.org isn't going to work because you can't do cross-domain ajax requests. period. that is a solid dead end unless we reach out to whoever is maintaining wehewehe and see if there is a workaround... or they are contemporary enough to do this: https://learn.jquery.com/ajax/working-with-jsonp/
