blues women cued audio

To have local music files, we need to have 30 second clips cued a la Amazon, but need to allow exhibitor @halljt to specify which 30 seconds gets cued in a particular player instance in an exhibit, so when the exhibit talks about a the turnaround in the first verse of Peggy Lee's version of "Black Coffee" then the player on the next line plays that section of the song. May want to look into doing this with ecasound on the backend. maybe javascript/html 5 is good enough.
