Social media strategy for DAHI #162

Do we need a social media strategy for the Digital Arts and Humanities Initiative?. What should it comprise?. Facebook? Twitter? Instagram? Snapchat? What else? Should it be tied in with the web site? It would involve a continuous commitment of a couple of hours a week to build. How could we do that? I would like to put out a call for volunteers. We can start here... Any github digiah people want to take this on?

How about a "monthly maven", a person who takes the task for a month? We can provide support and a bully pulpit in return for a couple hours a week commit for that month.

@kelseykato it would be great if you can come up with a brief plan here. What do we need? We have the tumblr in place. It looks like Social Pilot, which had the best offerings about a year ago, no longer has a free tier. We might want to look at buffer, a new one on the block, or check by comparing here or here or here.
