@lquiroga00 @damg70 we are cloning the workflow for DAHI. That includes these items:
The google sheet is set up: Homeless Empowerment Project People. We create an empty copy for signing people up and then copy things in to the actual spreadsheet and send out the welcome message that asks people to check their info. THat is only really helpful once you are online so that mistakes don't immediately go live.
The Github organization is homelessnesswg. It is set up as a public organization right now. go there for the rest of the issues. I have applied for educational discount, which allows five private repositories for free. We have found public repos to be the best default choice though. will let you know when accepted.
