image database import #190

Set up collective access content server and import data. I have a server set up at home. We don't have the disk space to run it on DAHI. @rdbeales has a version loaded, but needs to open firewall to give us access.

Have test server to run small batches of import data on dahi. see email for more info.

Working with team to import data. For the moment DAHI work is finished I think. Will discuss with Gaye. possibly combine with #176
