Highlight background for larger structural elements #59

Similar to the citation anchor for a paragraph, which highlights the respective paragraph, highlight the text of larger structural divisions (tei:div) on mouseover of the teaser.

Not absolutely necessary for 1.5, and also I'm not really sure whether we need this, in general. (If so, it would probably be a lot easier with CSS Grid...)
