Using the same exact code, in FlashBuilder, Interstitial ads work fine for iOS, but not for Android. Has anyone else had luck with Interstitial in Android and AdMob / Google Play?

You can try replace the dx.jar in the AIR SDK. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/163440/dx.jar
