Not showing up in ''N'' list #99

I have tried 3 versions of Blender (3.0, 2,93 and 2.83) with different versions of this addon (v7.0 and v6.0). Whenever I reopen Blender and press N it does not show up in the list. I have tried adding a car thats already rigged and still does not show up.

I can add an car rig by pressing ''shift + a'' and selecting armature. Once added and still cannot see the addon in the menu. I have reinstalled the addon mulitple times, by hand and in Blender self. I even reinstalled Blender. What am I doing wrong?

bruh try adding a armature rig to a car and it does show up on the side bar
