chore: set up of Material UI #21

Description

Adds Material UI and its dependencies, including css baseline (https://mui.com/material-ui/react-css-baseline/)
Adds Rubik Font
Uses Theming API from MUI to use specific fonts and colors
Adds a colors variable file
Adds demo stuff to Home page to show that theming is working (see screenshot)

Instructions

run electron app
Play around with what is in the Home component
