Description

Adds a test for the side drawer menu when on and not on a project following these scripts (https://www.notion.so/digidem/QA-Ft-Test-Side-Drawer-Menu-70ffee0c51264c47a98134b8f12a15c9)
Adds a test to add a project name from the side drawer (https://www.notion.so/digidem/QA-Ft-Test-Project-Creation-f2e659f62d824a6ba27d74636ca139d7)
Adds a test to add a project name from the sync button
Adds necessary test ids
Adds documentation of tests

Note: When using RN-gesture-handler, the testids aren't being read by the test suite (Maestro), so I added them to the accessibility label where they show up as text. Here is the issue in the library. Not just Maestro or us. (https://github.com/software-mansion/react-native-gesture-handler/issues/1661)
