chore: end to end testing for GPS and map

Description

• Adds a test for some gps UI functionality
• Uses this script (https://www.notion.so/digidem/QA-Ft-Test-ec086ebd1b9c45c58b20a48944080e8c)
• Adds necessary test ids
• Adds a brief test for some map functionality
• A lot of map functionality can't be tested with this end to end testing, so
• Adds documentation for tests that can't be done with end to end
• Adds documentation for the tests

Run maestro test e2e Note: Because these tests build on each other and run in order, the same issue applies to editing a device name and it may be best to comment out that test for now.
