Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Cloud is too different from local, demo or balena builds.

Describe the solution you'd like It makes more sense to move it to it's own independent project.

Describe alternatives you've considered Automating the generation of cloud from balena docker-compose.yml, but there is little in common.
