mod_calendar feed bug #132

I suggest changing line 19 of _vevent.tpl from mod_calendar to this:

DTEND:{{ dtend|default:dtstart|utc|date:"Ymd\\THis" }}Z

As otherwise the utc filter will fail when dtend is null.
