Check if mod_oauth and the services still work and create a reference client-side API access library #145

mod_oauth was created a long time ago and has not really be used since.

Let's test if it still works, fixing where needed.
And create a client library to access it from e.g. python.

Yeehaa. Fixed in revision 3d6da2a8b61 and backported to 0.6

"Official" client is in https://github.com/arjan/zclient
