mod_twitter - option to extract images from tweet and import them in site #158

Using the embed.ly API we can easily determine whether an URL is an image or 
not.

If it's an image, let's import it into the site (with a special tag so it can 
be recognized); storing the original URL as well (twitpic.com/...)
